We did the Race for the Cure 5K on Saturday May 7Th........the biggest 5K in UT over 20,000 people. WOW..

We DID IT we ran the whole way....it almost killed me to run it, but I just had to prove to myself I could do it and talk about an emotional 5K....seeing the sea of people and their pink "in memory of" on their backs :'( the best 5k to date!! I hope to do it again next year...
We headed to breakfast afterwords @ The Corner bakery Cafe....it was delish and they had the BEST lemon bars ever!!
So glad I got to have a fabulous day with all these lovely ladies.........Love you all xo

Ya it is the best 5K ever its amazing to see all those ppl out there for that, I agree its a very emotional race. I ran it a couple of years ago and I hope to be able to run it next year cuz its an awesome race. Good job on running the whole thing thats awesome!
A few friends and I began 6 years ago doing the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure. I missed it this year. It does bring tears to your eyes when you see so many who have lost loved ones, and those who have fought valiantly the cancer battle. Looks like you had a great time.
