It was time for the Super coop 5K again this year ( came so fast) I can't believe how this year has already gone by!

We had to get some food in us after all that walking....Flann & her sis Ash ran the whole 5K (very proud) and next year we have all vowed to run it! I better start training now lol

Is that Kathi Barlow in the picture with you and Jan? I havent seen her forever. Wow I miss Jan tell her hi for me. Sounds like a great cause, what's wrong with him?
